Foundation salutes TV executives
It requires a great deal to have any kid through college, not to mention individuals in schools rich in dropout rates. Since 1987, the I've got a Dream Foundation -- La has "adopted" nearly 1,000 students in underprivileged schools, supplying all of them with coaching and teaching programs from third to twelfth grade and scholarship gold coin after graduation. On Sunday, the org will salute DreamWorks TV cake toppers Justin Falvey and Darryl Frank and ABC drama development professional Channing Dungey using its Dream Keeper Award for his or her support of their work. "Private Practice" star Amy Brenneman will emcee the 14th annual Dreamers Brunch in the Skirball Cultural Center. Contact Shalini Dore at shali.dore@variety.com
